Mandie Boothe-Ollinger, DDS

Dr. Mandie Boothe-Ollinger grew up in Claude, where she graduated Salutatorian from Claude High in 2000. She then attended Texas A&M University in College Station where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. Upon graduating with a BS in Biomedical Science in 2004, Mandie attended Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry, where she graduated in 2008. She practiced in Uptown Dallas for two years before returning to the Panhandle to start her own practice. Mandie and her husband, Chris, have two sons, Slate and Steele. Her hobbies include spending time with family, working in the yard, traveling and learning. Mandie is also involved in the March of Dimes and raising Breast Cancer Awareness.

Gabriela Pita, DDS

Dr. Gabriela Pita was born and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador and moved to Houston when she was 14-years-old. She attended the University of Houston before graduating from the University of Texas School of Dentistry in 2016. Dr. Pita completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in Nashville, Tennessee where she provided dental care for under-served patients. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and The Panhandle District Dental Society. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys all aspects of dentistry. Dr. Pita loves to spend time with her family, friends, fellow dentist and husband, Dr. Ryan Hyde, and her puppy Waffles. She is new to the Panhandle, eager to continue her career in Amarillo and looks forward to becoming more involved in the community.


Courtney Carthel, DDS

Dr. Courtney Carthel was raised in Vega, where she graduated Salutatorian from Vega High in 2004. She then attended Angelo State University, where she found her calling in Dentistry while assisting at an Oral Surgery practice in San Angelo. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Angelo State, Courtney was enrolled in Dental School at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where she graduated in 2013 ranked 2nd in her class. Dr. Carthel then practiced at Houstonian Dental in Houston for four years before returning home to Amarillo, where she has practiced five years prior to joining Amarillo Dental Works.

Courtney and her husband Dr. Kade Carthel, an Interventional Cardiologist here in Amarillo, have two young children, Capp and Collyns. When not treating patients or chasing kids, Courtney enjoys fitness, traveling, and spending time in the Great Outdoors.
